Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-echelon inventory optimization policies
- Utilize statistical and machine learning models to generate spare parts demand forecasts
- Develop and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management plan
- Lead strategic sourcing and negotiation of critical spares
- Interface with Engineering and Finance to align spare parts strategy with asset uptime goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program or project management
- 7 years of experience in MRO Spares Planning, service logistics, or inventory optimization
- 5 years of experience driving programs in cloud infrastructure
- 5 years of experience with a Tier 1 ERP system (e.g., SAP) for inventory, and with data analysis tools like SQL
